RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.
In the Citadel mod, in the \_(Model)\SkyDomes folder, there are suitable images (to make the background on the icons not white but transparent, you need to take a large image, cut out everything unnecessary, and reduce it to the required size, or create a large image, remove everything from it, and insert the desired image).
Sorry for being off-topic, but can these goat riders be used instead of bears, or are they neutral? And how did you put them on goats instead of bears (if possible, please provide more details)?
