An interesting point: how can 24 newcomers influence the regulations and add the HotA version to the official tournament?

A certain number of players expressed a desire to play on HotA, a vote was held, and based on the results, HotA was added as an additional version. Games on HotA are only held with the mutual consent of the players; I don't see any reason not to accommodate this request.
