I usually don't post games like this in the seasonal rankings, but this one is an exception. Maybe someone will explain to me now that I'm a noob, but there's one detail in this game that I didn't understand. Actually, even two. Let's start with the most interesting one right away.
The final battle.
Approximately equal armies with a slight advantage in stats and mana in my favor.
The situation:
The beginning of a new round. I have 1 Fire Phoenix, 17 Ducks, 2 Psychics, and 8 Cockatrices.
My opponent has 5 Psychics with +1 speed and 317 Skeletons. In our armies, the winged creatures perished valiantly.
At the beginning of the round, I cast Resurrect on the Angels and attack the Skeletons with the Phoenix. And then, instead of my Angels, his Psychics suddenly take their turn:eek:. Maybe I'm missing something, but if that's how it's supposed to be, I'd be glad to see an explanation of why that happened.
The rest of the final battle isn't particularly interesting; we exchanged blows, and the opponent bought his way out. And then the next bug. Without even notifying me that I gained a level, the generator gives me an Eagle Eye.
In short, without any air control, we decided that we'd spend a few more weeks running around and declared a draw.
