RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

EVA contains many NCF creatures from the megapak, and I don't know anything else about it, but the skill wheel can be changed.

It's likely that the same files are affected.

Here's my version of the mod where only the skill wheel and the starting skills of the heroes are changed; I've updated all the files.
