RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

EVA contains many NCF creatures from the megamod, and I don't know anything else about it, but the skill wheel can be changed.

and I can't replace any of the races in the EWA mod.

It's likely that the same files are affected. Here is my version of the mod where only the skill wheel and the starting skills of the heroes are changed; I have updated all the files.
