Action timer in combat.

I say this every time I talk to someone from the Heroes community. I've held this view for a long time. And we also need to create one large timer for ALL battles against each other, and a separate one for each battle. As Hellight said, 15 minutes before the battle to think everything over, weigh it all up, and calculate... but this timer should be the same for all battles.
