Sandro is simply very strong; he can easily defeat anyone. They just found a common goal – a human, a Barbarian, and a Necromancer – and decided to act together. It's like a temporary truce.
In my opinion, the best option is that in the world of Heroes, everyone forms all sorts of alliances with each other. Besides, it will be very interesting to play with all three of these characters...
