The Hero's Path

I am really looking forward to constructive feedback and impressions, especially regarding the use of potions, runic magic, quest completion, and the overall difficulty level. Thank you for your attention to the map; it's very much appreciated.

So far, the general impression is that the map is designed for players who choose the "hero" difficulty level when playing through maps. I'm struggling even on the recruit level to figure out how to even reach the Edges:mad:
And I find the strong darkening at night very annoying, in my opinion. I would like to not have to strain my eyes by looking closely at the computer screen.
