Develop the second city; fend off the necros coming from the bottom right corner of the map with the secondary hero, and from the top with Fedya. Build up Giljia as quickly as possible—if resurrection doesn't drop anywhere, it's better to restart. Later, if you're lucky, you can defeat the necros and free the heroes, leveling them up at least a minimum amount. The necros will be bringing experience to Fedya themselves anyway. And if you're not very lucky—you don't even have to defeat the turquoise one—fundamentally little changes.
