I played as a "hero" for the Tribes of the East and completed the game in 49 days (I think that knowing the map and playing as the Tribes of the East, Barbarians, Demons, or Necropolis, you could shave off another week or two). My opponents were Humans, Demons, and Dwarves. IMHO, everything was too easy and straightforward, with no memorable battles. Except for the last one: P.S. It's necessary to make the game more challenging to keep it interesting.
