1.6. Players are advised to agree in advance on how long they can play without interruption, and if time is running out and the game needs to be postponed, they should agree on a deadline for completing it. Players have 1 month to complete the game. If the game is not completed within this time, players may contact the tournament judge, providing save files of the postponed game and ICQ logs. Each case is considered individually. The judge acts at his discretion: either a technical victory is awarded (if one of the players ignores offers to complete the game), or a decision is made based on the save files (if both players have problems), or the game is canceled, or another decision is made based on the circumstances. Players who systematically fail to complete postponed games may be subject to sanctions, up to and including exclusion from the tournament and being added to the Blacklist.
