After the rating system is implemented, it would be logical for reports to be automatically counted.
For example, you submit a report. The other player has 2 weeks to confirm the report or appeal it, pointing out any errors in the report, etc. In short, either confirm the result or appeal it. If the second player ignores the report, then after 2 weeks the report is automatically counted. Nitro mentioned that they are planning to implement something along these lines.
