[POLL] AK and other weapon customization

perhaps it would be worth assigning the value of social polls to all votes, and creating "someone" for polls that change something important (especially in the game).

It's already like that, it's just not written down anywhere, so people think they have more rights and opportunities. And of course, it would be nice to write all this down, but Pete probably doesn't need it, i.e., it's more convenient for him this way.
