"HW rulez" mod (add-on) for HoMM3.

Guys, please help. I followed the instructions. Heroes standard version 3.2, HD3_Launcher latest version. I put the HW_rules_1.36 patch archive in the Heroes root directory, and the patch folder is located in _HD3_Data --->Packs. In the HD mod, I enabled the Russian language pack and the HW rules mod. The Russian language pack works, but the HW rules mod doesn't. I can't train units properly; it doesn't give me 2500 gold at the start. Please advise on how to set it up if anyone knows.
