Dirty and Leader are right; you should listen to their words and opinions. They are also trying to explain that the results cannot be compared until all players are in equal starting conditions, which is achieved with the attached starting save...
But wouldn't I have learned so many different approaches if I had provided a starting save? Considering how quickly the map progresses, I thought it would be more interesting to offer playing it in free mode. The 22 days turned out to be very unusual – I played as Conflux, cleared my entire territory, started accumulating troops, and since the artifact was the Horn of Plenty, I had enough resources to build a guild of mages and get the Flight spell, with which I flew to attack blue and easily defeated him. At the same time, in the downloaded version of Heroes, I have the option not to save the results of a battle if I don't like it, which gave me the opportunity to replay unsuccessful auto-battles.
I started thinking about other starting castles after playing Leonid1. For example, with the Mines, in my very first game, I got a ring with +1 attack and +1 defense, and 3 stacks of about 35 troglodytes – the perfect start!))
