The purpose of the poll regarding "block" is to determine whether it makes sense to discuss it further, or is it better to just drop it?

The option "I didn't like the new wording of 're per block', so it's better to cancel it" seems surreal to me - the options there don't differ too much in quality. And, judging by the megabytes of discussion about this rule in different years on different forums, there is no breakthrough to be expected.

If anything, I don't care, I didn't vote for either option, let the players decide.

if the majority choose options 3 or 4, will this completely invalidate options 8, 9, 10, and 11? Because if one person (in our case, Pete) or the AC is responsible for the rules, what difference will it make how the majority voted?

Then it will not be a decision, but a survey of public opinion, which, as practice shows, both Pete and the AC pay attention to. That's not bad either.
