There are 5 questions up for a vote, so multiple choice is allowed.

The criteria for participating in the vote are the same as for the AK elections: 1 year of registration and 1 tournament played.

Decisions are made by a simple majority of votes.

The engine doesn't allow revoting, so if you made a mistake or changed your mind, write on the forum; I will take this into account when counting.
