A person with 132 rule violation points and only one step away from another "permanent ban" doesn't really seem to be associated with moderation (plus, it seems like this is also prohibited by the rules).

It’s a tough fate for the opposition... you can’t avoid getting some rule violation points. True, the latest ones seem to be from about 5 years ago. And you need to get 400 points to receive a permanent ban; there’s still work to be done…

And in general, it’s strange that they don’t periodically announce an amnesty; I think it would be useful.

Regarding “prohibited by the rules,” I looked at the rules and found only a restriction for coordinators:

If a coordinator accumulates more than 25 rule violation points, the question of removing them from their position may be raised.

P.S. The rules are quite outdated... in fact, only a small part of them is used.

I know, I know. There's just a lot of chaos in the tournaments right now; moderators rarely update the header, so I have to manually recalculate all the tournaments, which takes a lot of time. For this reason, I suspended this activity in the fall because I simply didn’t have enough time, and I couldn’t convince the moderators to do it. As soon as I gather my strength, I will continue.

I wonder if it is possible to automate this activity by analogy with the reporting system and the rating calculation system?
