I'll respond regarding the policy – the section is called "Heroes 3 Tournament - Tournaments for 3 Heroes - ONLINE." Here, you can announce your tournament or participate in announced Heroes of Might and Magic 3 tournaments. This section is for online games, not for music, drawing, poetry, or politics, but for playing Heroes of Might and Magic 3.
There is a section on the forum called "Everything about everything," where they discuss all of the above, including politics. They have discussed it for over 100 pages, and I don't know if they have come to any conclusion, but the last time I read a couple of pages, I came to the conclusion that we were right to ban this topic in our section; otherwise, at least 50% of the writers would have to be banned for swearing, trolling, and insulting users.
I have many friends and relatives in Ukraine; I was born in Kyiv myself. I communicate with some of them, and unfortunately, I no longer communicate with others. Everyone lives their own life and draws their own conclusions, but let's at least not turn this game into a political mess. Let's at least live in harmony here.
