07/22/2015 Putinking (Red, Random, Tower, Theodorus, Gunnar) loses to Pridu (Blue, Random, Rampart, Ivor, Ivor), diamond, 116 We played HotA. We chose all the restrictions and played for luck. And luck smiled on me :-) The game gave me the fastest routes, no ranged blockers, and a couple of villages were unguarded. Starting with 14 elves is not bad. By turn 113, I occupied 3 neutral villages, one of which was a dungeon. I found an Angel dwelling behind the villages + a single consulate + another unconfirmed consulate, a book of air, and boots +2 to all stats. The plan is to settle in the dungeon and take everything I see in the second village. But on turn 115, the red player emerges from a portal a few turns away from me. Since the opponent's situation is not very good, he was counting on a rematch. But he doesn't attack, and that's not beneficial for me. On turn 115, I have to defend the Angel dwelling; there's a chain to return to the Castle + the hero at the Necropolis village is ready to take the single consulate (if the opponent doesn't cut it off; I don't have the strength to take it from the opponent). And on turn 116, the opponent boldly runs out, grabs my Castle, and runs further. On my turn, after buying an Angel from the dwelling, I return everything along the chain, take the consulate, and end up with 2 Angels, 9 Grand Knights, and 8 Dwarves in my army. The opponent has 1 Djinn and 50 Gremlins... As they say, it's a one-sided game. But this is a diamond game; they are often like that... thanks for the game.
