NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

Maybe it would be better to have options for 1 out of 2 buildings in the cities? (like in Heroes 6).
For example, I don't need the Hive at all when playing as demons, which eliminates the need to build it to gain access to other buildings.

I haven't seen anywhere where a 4th (NCF) column was made for hiring alternative creatures, so what if we made alternative buildings that could provide different creatures.
