NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

Or maybe it would be better to have options for 1 out of 2 buildings in the cities (like in Heroes 6)?
For example, I won't need the Hive at all when playing as demons, eliminating the need to build it to gain access to other buildings.
