Changing the rules through a general vote is complete chaos and a headache. 30% of the forum don't even understand the meaning of most of the rules, which means there will be a large element of randomness, which cannot be said about decisions made by competent people (who, by the way, were elected by those very players, thereby entrusting them with their votes). It's all simple and logical... the same goes for separating moderation and membership in the Arbitration Committee. We really don't have that many people who have experience in "judging" and who won't be tempted to use it for personal gain... I didn't expect such lengthy "masterpieces" from Vika; you need to express your thoughts clearly, not shout as if you've gone wild. It immediately brings to mind Navalny; be careful not to accumulate penalty points ;)
Regarding Vika, before even proposing any practical ideas or solutions, you need to understand what you're talking about, and you can only understand it by having practical experience in these very controversial issues, for example ;)
