Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

That's exactly my point! Even if you slap down a capitol at the start of the second week, and on the seventh day you slap down angels, then by the third week the income will be 7*4000=28000. Minus twenty for upgrading to Archangels. So it turns out that on the seventh day there will be 8000 plus whatever you collected (and this is assuming all resources are stocked at 20).
Conclusion: On fast maps, such a Castle gets wiped out. And on larger levels, for example, a Necromancer might already be running around with 500 skeletons and beating Utopia.
