AK tuning and other modifications.

Unfortunately, we have a number of well-known individuals who, in any situation, know what is best to do and invariably try to write about it. Making all AK information publicly available is like providing such fodder for trolls that I'm already afraid to imagine the amount of arguing and/or pointless chatter. We could consider a topic-protocol format, where the issues addressed by the AK, the number of participants, and their votes are indicated. I don't see much point in greater publicity.
