Extraterrestrial civilizations. What is your opinion?

I'm getting confused... :) How can I put it more clearly? Well, let's take the theory that there are many gods, and among them is our God. So, he decided to create us (let's assume!) and revealed to us the basic principles of morality, the "golden rule," and so on. His children believe in him, saying, "Yes, this is our parent, we must strictly follow the rules, we must strive for the bright and good, we must go to temples and pray so that He protects us and is with us." But atheists appear, those who do not believe in this particular God and declare themselves "outside the principles of upbringing," i.e., they simply run away from faith, just as children run away from their parents when they grow up. :) The parent remains alone and knows that this child will probably be better off without him. :)
