Full random JC

UPDATE. Rule amendment, added to the first post: random towns for each restart are assigned using the "random towns" button in HW rulz, since Conflux and Necropolis are not randomly generated on a standard Jebus Cross map, and they are sorely missed for a complete picture. Accordingly, the player who plays as Red on a restart will get the first of the generated towns. Starting heroes are random.
