Everything is determined before the map generation begins and cannot be changed after restarts. One restart was included as a concession to players, in case someone made a mistake on the first day. The option to exclude one castle was also provided, considering that there are players who do not want to or cannot play with certain castles, or do not want to play against them. I think these concessions are sufficient and not excessive.
I suggest playing with loads – just in case someone accidentally misclicks and makes a mistake. Let's agree on the number of loads in advance (e.g., 5 each), and I think it will create a perfect balance. I think this would be fair and not excessive.
