Played outlaw rules. I spent my restarts rather ambiguously: the draw gave me Rampart Kyrre + a necromancer and a very good respawn; I played until 113, but never found the tree. I decided to take 113.

In the draw, luck gave me Dungeon with Alamar 3 stacks, and another native hero also with 3 stacks. A spread of 6 heroes revealed 2 Griffin Conservatories, a +4 shield, and guard for the next location: 20+ eyes + that's a teleport, so there will be another guard there. Also, the opponent revealed Vidomina.
On 112, I cleared the shield (Terek leveled Tactics to 2), checked the Conservatory (2-4), and found another Conservatory. I bought Monere, but decided to break the eyes with Terek using advanced Tactics.
On 113, I broke the eyes with fairly heavy losses due to my own mistake: Terek had fought spirits before, and didn't have full mana — not even enough for Haste in the fight with the eyes. On the other side of the monolith, 20+ hell hounds; cleared almost without losses. Along the road, I spotted a lookout that showed 3 passages into 3 subsequent locations, but there was also a road going somewhere. At first, I thought it was a secret passage from location 3 to location 4 with 70k guard; later I assumed it was a mine that had punched a passage. In the location, besides the Necro village, there turned out to be nothing much to take.
114 — gathered resources, took the village, built a chain to return the army home to clear various treasure chests and other minor guards with weak troops. Also built Minotaurs at home.
115 — transferred the army home, cleared the treasure chests, checked 2 more Conservatories (2-4, 3-4), sent scouts down the unknown road.
116 — cleared the respawn, set up a chain to the hero who discovered that the road led to a bugged passage into the treasure zone, which usually requires clearing 20k guard to access. Built a Citadel.
117 — entered the treasure zone, took the town there — Stronghold. Saw 2 Dragon Fly Hives behind manageable guards + a Pandora's Box. Built a Castle.
On 121, I was going to bring the army from home via chain + take the Dragon Fly Hive and go for the second one, but the opponent said gg.
