RPG based on KOTOR – suggestions and perceptions!

Perhaps droids could be made into a replayable "Race," as they have such distinct personalities. What do you think?

I was considering making droids replayable – meaning a player could create their own individual droid model with unique features and later upgrade it. In other words, they could progress from an NK-50 model droid to an IG-88 model droid, or even to General Grievous with a lightsaber upgrade:D. This option hasn't been ruled out yet; it's quite possible.
