Option 1: Compare the versions of Heroes (ideally, use the same one). Often, someone has a SOD version that is not 3.2, but 3.1 or 3.0.
Option 2: If you are playing through Hamachi, try using TeamViewer (Hamachi can sometimes glitch).

Another option to solve the problem: You can create a game with someone you have a good connection with (ideally, a judge), they launch TeamViewer, and your opponent connects and clicks through the moves using remote control.
