the difference between level 6 and level 7 creatures is huge, so at least this evens things out a bit. Besides, it slightly strengthens the start (+ 7 copies + 4 Arbalists +...) IS THAT REALLY SO MUCH?????????????????????????????????????????????????????
The thing is, level 7 creatures aren't often built on templates other than Jebus Cross anyway. More or less consistently, only Conflux builds them in week 1, quite often Citadel does, and sometimes Swamp. As a separate category, of course, there are Angels/Archangels, which players really strive to build. Your increase in growth rates will further reduce the need to build level 7 dwellings, but that's not the problem. The problem is that it will greatly simplify the game in weeks 1-2; all banks for resources and creatures will be taken even more easily and earlier, there will always be enough cannon fodder to take any Dragon Fly Hive, and fights in Griffin Conservatories will be even easier, even with just native fodder. Why this simplification for players who already know how to take all of this?
