This tournament turned out to be completely experimental))) everyone scattered, including the judges and hosts, so I had to handle everything myself.

I thought you were following the plan that skd outlined. Otherwise, why is the deadline for the lower bracket one week shorter? Isn't it so that the 4 winners of the current round in the lower bracket can play against each other again and advance to face the 2 losers in the upper bracket?
