I think this has already been discussed, about people speaking Russian on the forum, or is it just an accent that's hard to understand?

I'm writing my thesis in Ukrainian (they won't accept it in Russian), and the formulas are in English. The third keyboard layout is really annoying, it's a pain to add it every time, and I can only type "i" and "є". Otherwise, I've already messed up like that once...
