Actually, no. They've been in Jadame for a long time (and it's mentioned there). Sandro was the only one sent there (he was the one kicked out of Erathia, not all the Erathian Necromancers), and the rest have been there for a very long time.

No, they are Knights. They all start as Knights. And if some group of "hunters and adventurers" calls themselves Knights of a normal state (and Erathia is a normal state), then that state must either put them through trials and, depending on the results, either knight them or disgracefully banish them, or the state should simply crush them, as they act at their own discretion in other countries, and cover up their actions with the name of that state. So they are Knights, but bad ones.
