Sanctuary - "Defeat and Victory" [Campaign 4 - Mission 2]

I have what seems to be the final version 2.1.1, and the same thing happens with this fortress: it has a neutral flag. I captured it, but since Irina moves slowly, by the time I did something, 2 weeks had passed, and nothing is more annoying than timed quests. The city shows a "deadly" threat level, which is not a fun start. In the starting city, I built everything except for those Japanese knights; I can't remember the name. The rest of the units are all advanced. I want to guide Irina through Sylvan, but after the first mission, she didn't get the 250 reputation points or level up; she only got level 9 after the quest fortress:smile35:.
