After a nine-year-old child died of a heroin overdose yesterday, much of the public is in an uproar over the absence of drug laws in Kittypink.

That's what bothers me. They see high numbers, but they don't care how they were achieved. I could be shot ten times and then hanged for heroin, but drugs are only used by the state and only for legitimate purposes. There is still a difference between brains addled by chemicals and a bunch of addicts.
