I just sketched out a character, "Rjorvalia - Yoltir," but on the other hand, he turns out to be so underdeveloped that I'm just drooling over getting 15 skill points for Mental.

And making him "Hysteosia - Yoltir" would be silly. I don't want to. Why would a southerner worship a northern god?

This can be justified somehow. For example, Hysteosia could have been exiled from the clan in his youth and settled in the north. We can come up with something, but it needs to be realistic. Think about it. Send me the bio in PM, and I'll take a look and tell you what to fix.
