SuperGuru, I'll probably assign the Necromancer to Tears and the Inferno to Blood.

It's simpler to do it the other way around. If Inferno isn't a mage. My plan is: Sandor - Tears (to eliminate mages, as mages destroy the entire army with their chain lightning), Anton - Tears (an impenetrable tank), Anastasia - Blood (to eliminate enemies without losses), Kirill - Tears (to gather an army using portals and overwhelm with numbers), Irina - Blood (to eliminate enemies before they even start acting).
