Outlaw 2!

He easily defeated Shakti, Rylanda, Gunnarr, and Taza right from the start. He didn't even buy Taza in the end. There was a hidden stash of bears near the castle, guarded by snipers. The monsters joined him quite well from the beginning, so he decided to focus less on building up his castle. On day 122, he saw his opponent heading to attack the blue castle. There was a portal near the blue castle, and his Gunnarr and Shiva were hanging around there. He built a chain, ran into the portal with Shiva, and saw the opponent's Kirr in the castle with an army of 40 orcs and 70 hobgoblins. He had 150 centaurs, 55 greater lizards, 30 normal lizards, 7 birds, and 1 angel, plus some reinforcements. He gave all of this to his level 0 Gunnarr (because only he could reach it in time) and attacked. In the end, he won.
And Kirr managed to get a diplomacy bonus in the meantime. He attacked at just the right time.
