Outlaw 2!

Shakti was quickly defeated at the start, along with Rilanda, Gunnarr, and Taza. Taza wasn't even purchased in the end. Near the castle, there was a hidden stash of bears behind snipers. The monsters joined well from the beginning, so I decided to focus less on building up the castle. On turn 122, I saw the opponent heading to attack the blue castle. There was a portal leading to the castle, and my Gunnarr and Shiva were nearby. I set up a chain, ran into the portal with Shiva, and saw the opponent's Kirr in the castle with an army of 40 orcs and 70 hobgoblins. I had 150 centaurs, 55 greater lizards, 30 normal lizards, 7 birds, and 1 angel, plus a hero with high attack. I gave all of this to the level 0 Gunnarr (because only he could reach it in time) and attacked. In the end, I won.
And Kirr managed to get a diplomacy bonus during that time. I attacked at just the right moment.
