Extraterrestrial civilizations. What is your opinion?

Yes, species isolated from their parents exist elsewhere, adapt to new conditions, mutate, and natural selection occurs – voilà! Here's a new species! Also, many other species can evolve from this population in the same way. ;) But they still have one common ancestor! :)
