In that game, you lost, you surrendered, and only after you admitted your defeat did you say that you didn't have one move left (2sm2c) and sent the save to Calababa, who said that it should be a rematch. In my opinion, it's unacceptable to call for a rematch after a fairly won game; any questions about technical restarts should be resolved before the end of the game. This is true even if a technical restart is specified in the rules, and even more so if it isn't. However, Calababa somehow believes that this is acceptable. I don't want that kind of judging.

Regarding the other candidates I voted against:
Pit - he himself wrote that he doesn't have much time for the forum, but he still expressed his willingness to serve on the Arbitration Committee (AK). This is despite the fact that the rating has already been handed over to Nitro, and Lyubimchiki has been handed over to Lim4. With all due respect to his merits, I believe that an active member of the AK should have enough time and not just to look at a controversial save once or twice a month. At the same time, I voted for Stinger simply because I'm in favor of change.
Zloy Romantik - he himself writes that moderation and membership in the AK should be separated, but he believes that this should be separated for all of us, not just for him. I agree with Vikk that combining these functions can lead to abuses.
Redwrite - he regularly demonstrates an imperfect knowledge of the rules on his streams. Although in the Admiral's precedent, I was and remain on his side.
Amilu - he remains my favorite streamer, but I don't remember him actively participating in discussions related to the rules, judging, AK decisions, etc. Frankly, I'm surprised that Amilu nominated himself.
