To put it simply, I don't know if your brilliant mind will understand this phrase: "In that situation, I wouldn't even think about using this bug because it wouldn't occur to me."

It definitely would have occurred to me, and I would have definitely exploited the bug. However, not to win, but to loudly raise the issue of banning this bug. Firstly, because I enjoy forum arguments; it's a weakness of mine, and secondly, because the rules in Heroes are usually fixed through trial and error – until something goes wrong, no one will bother to fix it. This story demonstrates that once again.

As for insisting on winning, that's subjective. I probably wouldn't insist, but I completely understand those who would.

As for similar precedents, I remember DirtyPlayer once finding a refuge with 50 Titans and buying them all with his money. He did lose in the end, so it's hard to say what would have happened if he had won. However, he is a respected member of the AK (Administration Council).
