Voting FOR candidates for the Arbitration Committee.

Since members of the Arbitration Committee have to make judging decisions, it would be nice to see members with an adequate perception of the world in their ranks.

The heroic tradition dictates that bugs are considered features until they are banned at the rules level. That is, you can use it once, but not again. For example, in the TE offline mode, someone discovered that there was no limit on summoning heroes from prisons into the tavern, so they summoned several level 20 heroes for turn 111, which the computer was supposed to free according to the scenario. And they won the tournament (of course). Later, this was banned, but that save was still counted.
