A heavy and long game. There was still one more rest left, I think, but death came, and money seemed fine. I collected Dragon Fly Hives and on 126 took my first Dragon Utopia - a tier-1 one, with a shield for +4 all. There was a Cartographer, so I decided to use a scout hero from the prison with Log and level 10 Armor to take another Dragon Utopia, a Griffin Conservatory, a couple of Beehives, and boots, while death ran the other way, where Wings were lit. On 131, Sirra the traitor arrives with 4 Dimension Door casts and wipes out Sir Edric on the ramp and the treasury. I made a mistake by also retreating Kyrre, and in the end it cost me the army (though barely 20 swans remained).
On 132 I pick up a ground Cartographer and reveal KV, KZ, albeit on opposite ends of the map. As a result, I get KZ on 134 through a prison and a beaten scout hero guarding it, and Kyrre goes for KV, which she gets on 136. Now death has full control, but unfortunately the army has only 3 angels. With the help of death and Edric (who has Expert Air), I start taking castles from the opponent, while simultaneously leveling Labetha on the second front. Around 143, Labetha gets 15k experience from a Pandora's Box and, like a smart scout hero, levels Air, Log, and Diplomacy. In the end, I got a death with 4k movement points and Labetha with 3.5k. Over a week, the army of 3 angels grew, so it could already withstand the opponent's army. On 213 I seemed ready to fight, but Lizard lacks 100 movement points to attack death in the castle. Thanks for the game.
An interesting game turned out. On my side, there was a global strategic fail: after I wiped out the opponent, I didn't go for the finish but got distracted by gathering Beehives, Dragon Utopias, etc. In the end, I allowed him to spin back up, and against Death + a diplomat in the late game it was extremely tough; throughout the entire game, not a single hero of mine got Log. Still, I was obliged to carry that game; I blundered at crucial moments. Thanks for the game!
