Similar situation: on 111 I'm fighting for the DD scroll, there are stables, wells everywhere, Aenain with air, but the artifacts dropped were terribly poor for a Diamond. In the end, I captured some AI players, stole a couple of artifacts, leveled up Aenain, and got diplomacy, but I couldn't grow my army quickly. I found КЗ, took down 4all (which couldn't be stolen) with magic; there were no more artifact stats at all. I was planning to take it via Dragon Utopia summon, but the opponent is forfeiting.
