The question is, are we writing reports for all site users (the site is Russian-speaking, so we write in Russian) or for the opponent?

Or should we write in our native language, like Faria (in Moldovan)? I couldn't find an online translator for Moldovan on the internet.

I just wanted to understand why and what the purpose is, and to have some clarity from the organizers.
