Who cares who invented the internet? All the menus and themes on the site are in Russian. 95 percent of the users are also Russian-speaking. So, only 5 percent can read the report normally, maybe another 15 percent can read English fluently... The rest need to use various translators. Why make life difficult for the majority?
I completely agree, Russian is an international language, and all foreigners study it in school. Wait... or am I mistaken?
