I didn't prioritize correctly, focused too much on scouting, and didn't develop my main hero enough in the first stage. As a result, I lost on Pandora against the snake creatures (level 9 with 2 upgrades) due to lacking stats. In the second stage, I underestimated them. I decided not to prolong the game, realizing that my opponent would arrive around level 134, if not sooner, and would just waste time fighting against air units. I played very poorly.
